Spring Workspace Offer – Terms & Conditions

At The Corner, we are pleased to introduce our Spring Workspace Offer, available for a limited period on selected office suites.

Offer Overview

The Spring Workspace Offer provides:

• One month rent free on new 12-month licence agreements

• Two months rent free on new 24-month licence agreements

The rent-free period is applied at the start of the licence term.

Eligibility

This offer applies to:

• New clients only

• All currently available office suites at The Corner

• Licence agreements signed between 1 March 2026 and 31 March 2026

The licence must commence no later than 30 April 2026, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Financial Terms

• A security deposit equivalent to two months’ licence fee (less VAT) is payable prior to occupation.

• The rent-free period applies to the office licence fee only.

• Charges for meeting room usage beyond any included allowance, postage, printing, administrative services, telephony packages, and bespoke or upgraded internet services remain payable in accordance with standard licence terms.

• VAT is payable where applicable in line with current legislation.

Rent-Free Structure

For clarity:

• On a fixed term 12 month licence, Month 1 will be rent free.

• On a fixed term 24 month licence, Months 1 and 2 will be rent free.

All subsequent months will be charged at the agreed licence fee.

Early Termination

The incentive is conditional upon the licence running for the agreed fixed term.

In the event of early termination, breach, or non-payment, The Corner reserves the right to recover the value of the rent-free period from the security deposit or any outstanding sums.

Additional Information

The offer:

• Cannot be combined with any other promotion, negotiated discount, or incentive

• Has no cash alternative

• Is subject to standard referencing and compliance procedures

The Corner reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time.
